Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the LANDO RETURN POLICY provides you with an instore credit or exchange for products purchased from the Lando Lighting Online website.

To be eligible for return please note the following conditions.

Your product(s) purchased MUST BE NON-MODIFIED and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING 14 days from delivery at your location or 14 days from pick-up at our showroom.


  • Product item(s) returned within 14 days of pick-up or delivery.
  • Product item(s) must be in the original factory carton(s) complete with all original internal packaging.
  • Product item(s) must NOT be modified for installation (i.e. Cut Wires) in any way while in your possession.

If your Product Item(s) meets the above Return criteria, then an AUTHORIZATION PRODUCT RETURN NUMBER will be issued. Contact your sales representative or email us:


You will get full in-store credit for your authorized return item. No restocking fees will be charged.


If you encounter a product defect upon delivery, please call us immediately, or your sales representative to request a replacement and we will provide you a return label or pick up the merchandise. In this case, we will issue an Authorization Product Return Number.


If you received the wrong product item(s), please provide us a picture of what you’ve received, and we will send you a return label or pick up the merchandise. In this case, we will issue an Authorization Product Return Number.


  • All product exchange requests MUST HAVE an Authorization Product Return Number in order to be accepted for return at our warehouse. 
  • UNLESS the product items you ordered are defective or you received the wrong product items, you are responsible for return shipping fees, including insurance.
  • Product item(s) must not have been altered in any way, including cutting or clipping wires, in order for them to be returned.
  • The product item(s) and all parts must be returned in the original packaging, including all wrapping and factory carton.
  • Inspect the package upon delivery and note any damages and take pictures. This will help to claim insurance for any damage done during shipping.
  • The product item(s) must be packed exactly as it was shipped, otherwise this may result in damage to the product item(s) and could invalidate your product exchange.
  • Due to different computer monitors and colour chips that the customer may have, the colour or finish of the fixtures or shades may not be exactly as the customer has seen online. These differences do not indicate the item is defective.
  • Hand blown fixtures and shades are not going to be exactly as shown as no two glasses will come out looking exactly the same. Hand blown fixtures and shades will not be considered defective for these variations in colour.
  • Exchanges made outside of this stated policy may be subject to shipping and restocking fees depending on the situation.
  • Special Promotional Sales are Final and not eligible for return or exchange.
