If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy ONLY provides for the exchange or instore credit, of any non-installed items in the original packaging within 7 business days of delivery.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A SUCCESSFUL PROCESS
- Item(s) delivered within the last 7 days.
- Item(s) in the original factory carton(s) complete with all original packaging.
- Item(s) has never been installed or modified while in your possession.
- If your exchange meets the above criteria, please contact your sales representative or email: email@example.com to request authorization
- Exchanges will be accepted with prior authorization only. Any exchanges received in our warehouse without an issued exchange authorization number will be ineligible
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping including insurance for the full retail value of the item(s).
- The item and all parts must be returned in the original packaging, including all wrapping and factory carton.
- The item must be packed exactly as it was shipped. Any variation may result in damage to the piece and could invalidate your exchange
- Installed or customized items are ineligible for exchange
- Shades purchased individually are ineligible for exchange.
- Web special sales are a final sale and not eligible for exchange
NO RESTOCKING FEES
- If you encounter a defect upon delivery in your product, please call immediately, same day of delivery, your sales representative and/or firstname.lastname@example.org to request a replacement.
- For UPS Deliveries: Please inform all damages & defects within 7 days from the receiving date for all damaged items caused by shipping, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please provide us a simple picture of the package received and we will provide you return label or pick up the merchandise (please let us know if you would like us to send you a replacement upon movement of picked up merchandise, or instore credit, upon receipt of your returned merchandise). Tip: Please be sure to keep the original packaging boxes (this is the proof that the package was damaged) so that the shipping carrier can come and inspect them. Losing the original packaging boxes may be denied for damage claim. Any personal damages caused by mishandling or abused shall void the warranty.
- For Freight – Please inspect the package upon delivery before the driver leaves. Please mark all damages on the bill of lading before signing it off. By signing off the bill of lading without damages, you are confirming receipt of the package in proper condition.
- Defects: For defects or wrong item(s) received, please provide us a simple picture of what you’ve received, and we will provide you return label or pick up the merchandise. Please request return authorization number at email@example.com Due to different computer settings and resolutions that the customer has, the color or finish of the fixtures or shades may not be exactly as the customer has seen. This does not indicate the item as defective.
- Hand blown fixtures and shades are not going to be exactly as shown as no two glasses will come out looking exactly the same and will not be considered defective.
FINAL SALE: * When using a promotional discount code or offer, the order is final sale
- You must submit an exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the product. All exchange requests after 7 days will be denied and closed.
- All merchandise that is exchanged must have a confirmation return number
- Merchandise must be in its original carton, including all packaging materials and accessories, and have no markings or writing on the box.
- Merchandise must not have been installed or altered in any way, including cutting or clipping wires.
- No exchanges will be accepted for any large quantity orders, custom products, and special orders, or large project quotes.
- No credit will be issued for any shipping costs (including expedited shipping fees).
- Accessories, down rods, remotes, lamp shades, mounting hardware, Palm Fan Blades…etc., and replacement glass are non-exchangeable.
- We will not be held responsible for any labour costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts.
- Exchanges made outside of this stated policy may be subject to shipping and restocking fees depending on the situation.
- Any sale or promotional items are final sales
EXCEPTIONS & ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, under certain circumstances, items purchased from Lando Lighting Online are not eligible for exchange.
These exceptions and items are as follows:
- Items sold as final sale (Closeout / Clearance) products
- Custom or Special-Order Products
- Light bulbs, parts, glass, shades, etc.
- Any item that has been assembled, installed, modified or used in any way
- Any item without original packaging
- Items delivered/received more than 7 days ago are non-returnable
- Any items that have been purchased with a promo discount code online
